We want you to feel confident in your second skin, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must have all tags and protective liners intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original NAKED packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
